Return and Exchange Policy:
All our customers have the right to request an exchange or return for any product offered on our store, under the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
Product Condition:
Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and in its original packaging.
Return and Exchange Period:
- Returns are allowed within three (3) days from the date of receipt.
- Exchanges are allowed within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If the product is defective or differs from the description, please take a photo of the product and send the image along with order details (order number, city, and address). The product will be replaced with a new one or a full refund will be issued if the defect is confirmed.
Products Not Matching the Description:
If the received product is completely different from the description on our website, the customer will receive a full refund.
Inappropriate Use of the Product:
We are not responsible for the customer’s expectations regarding the product’s use beyond what is described in the product details on our website.
Return Fees in the Absence of Defects:
If the customer does not want the product without any defects or issues, a 30% processing fee of the product’s value (or a minimum of 25 MAD) will be deducted.
